ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE SALES REP- Secure File Transfer

Our most recent “success story" is BISCOM DELIVERY SERVER (BDS), an enterprise-class Web-based clientless, secure file transfer solution that enables confidential, authenticated, point-to-point delivery of files, transactions and messages along with tracking and reporting tools for supporting an organization's security and compliance needs. We are expanding our sales coverage for individuals with Direct or Partner Channel software sales experience. We have established customer success stories and client references in Healthcare, Federal/S&L Government, Financial Services, software companies and professional services.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of above goal performance in enterprise software sales for: network security applications, document management/workflow, content management, messaging security solutions or BPM in the above mentioned industries.
- Excel at accountability for driving the “full sales cycle” from prospecting, qualifying leads, proposals, competitive positioning and closing the deal.
- Proven expertise in developing sales territories through either Direct or through Partner Channels.
- Comfortable in a consultative selling approach with clients.
- Ideally, you have success selling MFT Suites or Secure File Transfer applications direct or through Channel Partners.
- Can travel approximately 25% monthly.
- Thrive in a high energy, teamwork driven atmosphere requiring customer satisfaction as the top priority.

Channel Manager
The Channel Manager is tasked with identifying and pursuing channel partners to promote the Biscom Delivery Server channel partner program. The position is designed to enroll value added resellers and systems integrators and convert these partners into revenue generating sales channels.
Responsibilities for the Channel Manager include identification and pursuit of new channel partners, education and development of interested partners, and conversion of interested partners into contributing sales and marketing partners.
The Channel Manager will be Biscom's company and product evangelist to the channel and will work with Biscom's sales, marketing, engineering, and finance teams to manage day to day activities in support of the channel.
Principal duties include:
- Target VARs and Systems Integrators for participation in the channel partner program
- Educate potential partners on our product lines and our channel program details
- Enroll new partners in the program
- Contribute to the design of the Channel Program, including definition of margins and required marketing resources
Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree
- At least three years professional work experience in software sales
- Experience recruiting and managing VARs and Integrators
- Responsibility for channel revenue and forecasting
- Strong verbal communication skills
